摘要
文章从大型工业企业、中小和民营高科技企业、科研机构的技术成果产业化、国外投资的技术转移和扩散、完善国家创新体系、优化经济结构等六个方面,综合阐述了推动自主创新能力研究的迫切性。进而,从以企业为主体、强化国有企业自主创新的动力机制、改善中小企业的融资环境、降低市场准入门槛、建立健全国家技术交易体系这五个角度,分析了提高自主创新能力的策略。
On the basis of large SOEs, SMEs and Hi-tech enterprises, industrialization of technology of the scientific research insti-tutes, technology transference and technology diffusion from foreign investment, national innovation system, and economic structure, this paper discusses the imminence for improving independent innovation ability, and then analyzes the strategy of it from the perspectives of enterprises, strengthening the drive mechanism, improving the financial environment for the SMEs, lower the market threshold, construct and improve national technology transaction system.
