摘要
中国是世界上洪水危害严重的国家之一,长江作为中国第一大河,其流域经济的发展在全国占有举足轻重的地位。随着生态环境的破坏,长江流域洪涝灾害更加频繁。洪涝灾害对经济的持续增长带来较大的影响。针对这一情况,提出了灾后社会发展与环境资源系统之间良性循环的可持续发展策略。
