摘要
以苯与H2O2羟基化反应为目标反应,研究焙烧温度、预处理剂对TS-1分子筛催化氧化性能的影响。结果表明,随着焙烧温度的升高,H2O2转化率下降,选择性上升。560℃焙烧的分子筛,苯的转化率达到最高。TS-1分子筛经预处理后,对H2O2转化率、选择性和苯的转化率均会产生不同的影响。(NH4)2SO4处理后的TS-1分子筛,H2O2的选择性接近100%。在反应液中添加极性溶剂会不同程度阻抑反应的进行;而添加水或采用低浓度的H2O2有利于反应的进行。
Influences of calcination temperature and pretreatment reagent on the catalytic properties of TS-1 zeolite were studied in detail for the hydroxylation of benzene by H 2O 2.Studies showed that with the increase of calcination temperature,the conversion of H 2O 2 went down and the selectivity of H 2O 2 went up.The best conversion of benzene was obtained over TS-1 zeolite calcinated at 560 ℃.Pretreatment reagent affected the catalytic propertice of TS-1 zeolite.For the power of increasing the conversion of H 2O 2,the order was NH 4F<(NH 4) 2SO 4<NH 4NO 3<NH 4Ac<(NH 4) 2CO 3<NH 4Br<NH 4Cl;for the power of increasing the selectivity of H 2O 2 and the conversion of benzene,the order was (NH 4) 2CO 3<NH 4Br<NH 4Ac<NH 4Cl<NH 4NO 3<NH 4F<(NH 4) 2SO 4.The use of TS-1 zeolite pretreated with (NH 4) 2SO 4 solution caused the selectivity of H 2O 2 to reach about 100%.In addition,the effect of solvent on the hydroxylation of benzene were studied systematically.The addition of polar solvents (such as acetone,methanol) to the reaction system retarded the hydroxylation of benzene.When water or low concentration H 2O 2 was used,the hydroxylation of benzene could be promoted.
