常压塔顶换热器碳钢管束腐蚀速率达到 5mm/a ,使用 10个月就报废。 2 0 0 0年 6月采用了 0 8 Cr2AlMo管束 ,使用至今已有 2 6个月 ,从未发生过腐蚀泄漏。实践证明 ,0 8Cr2AlMo管束在常顶系统换热中的应用是成功的。
The corrosion rate of atomospheric tower top heat exhcanger bundle reached 5mm/a,and was out of use after 10 monthes operation.Since 2000.6 the 08Cr2AlMo steel bundle was adopted,no corrosion had occured up to now for 26 monthes.Practice proved that the application of 08Cr2AlMo steel bundle on atomospheric tower top system was successful.
