摘要
在试验基础上探讨了七种金属在海水、海水-H2S腐蚀介质及工业循环水中的腐蚀行为和腐蚀速率,指出七种金属材料用于海水冷却器的耐蚀性排序为:2507双相钢>SUS321>固体粉末包埋渗铝>12Cr2AlMoV>20号碳钢>07CrCuAlMoTi>5454铝镁合金,进而对每种材料的应用效果进行了分析。
The corrosion behaviors and corrosion rate of seven metal materials in sea water, sea water - H2S corrosive media and industry cooling water were studied through experiment, which gave the order of the better material for sea water cooler: 2507 duplex steel→SUS321 →aluminum diffused steel→12Cr2AlMoV→20# carbon steel→07CrCuAlMoTi→5454 Al-Mg alloy. The application performances of these materials were analyzed.
