从各种卫星反射镜材料的性能和特性出发,得出SiC及其复合材料作为反射镜材料的性能最佳的结论,阐述了SiC反射镜制备工艺及方法特点,详细介绍了SiC陶瓷基卫星反射镜的国内外发展现状,最后对SiC基陶瓷卫星反射镜的发展提出了展望。
The characteristics and properties of satellite mirror are discussed in detail.The result shows that
SiC matrix ceramic is the best mirror material.The process and method of the SiC mirror manufacture and the worldwide progress and present state of SiC mirror are introduced systemly.Finally.the prospect of SiC mirror is suggested.
