NaOH调节汽包锅水的运行效果与技术分析

摘要 通过3年多的运行实践,证实汽包锅炉只采用NaOH调节炉水不仅可行,且同磷酸盐处理相比有加药量少,净化水、汽质量和减少排污、延长化学清洗周期等诸多优势,并提出可能出现的问题及对策。指出NaOH调节锅水为优化锅炉水质提供途径,降低排污使电站锅炉进一步节水节能具有可操作性。 Through 3 odd years'operation practices,it is verified that,to employ NaOH merely to adjust boiler water of drum boiler is not only feasible,but also has the following advantages,such as less chemical dosage,purifying water and steam quality,reducing blow down,and lengthening chemical cleaning intervals etc.,as compared with phosphate treatment. The problems likely to appear and countermeasure to be taken are also put forward. Using NaOH to adjust boiler water provides an effective way for optimizing water quality of boiler and reducing blow down of boiler,so as to further save water and energy for utility boiler.
