摘要 目的探讨多元化健康教育对重症心肌炎患者疾病认知与负性情绪的影响。方法将2016年1月至2018年1月80例重症心肌炎患者等分为试验组和对照组。对照组患者给予常规健康教育,试验组在对照组的基础上给予多元化健康教育,采用"重症心肌炎疾病认知情况调查表"及焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价两组疾病认知水平及负性情绪,比较两组患者并发症发生情况。结果干预后,试验组疾病认知水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05); SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);并发症发生情况明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论多元化健康教育可以有效提高重症心肌炎患者对疾病的认知,并能显著缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,降低并发症的发生,值得临床应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of diversified health education on disease cognition and negative emotion in patients with severe myocar- ditis. Methods To compare the status of complications occurrence, 80 cases of patients with severe myocarditis from January 2016 to January 2018 were observed, and were randomly divided into study group and control group with equal mexnbers. The control group received regular health education, while the study group received a diversified health education on the basis of the control group, severe myocarditis disease cognitive questionnaire,selfrating anxiety scale (SAS) and self - rating depression scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the cognitive level and negative emotions of the two groups. Results After intervention, the disease cognition level of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Diversified health education could effectively improve the understanding of diseases in patients with severe myocarditis, alleviate dnegative emotions such as anxiety and depression, and reduced the incidence of complications, which was worthy of clinical application.
