摘要
针对德国UST多阵列气体传感器,设计了一款危险气体检测系统。该传感器可对危险气体进行可靠而准确的测量。简要介绍了该传感器的硬件构造与工作原理。通过对不同浓度CO气体进行浓度标定,为气体检测确定参考标准。并针对该传感器气敏电阻的特性,分析了两种不同的使用方法,可提高不同应用场合下的测量准确度和可靠性。
A hazardous gas detection system is designed based on the German UST multi-array gas sensor. The sensor provides reliable and accurate measurement of hazardous gases. The hardware structure and working principle of the sensor are briefly introduced. The reference standard is determined for gas detection by concentration calibration of different concentrations of CO gas. According to the characteristics of the sensor’s gas-sensitive resistor, two different methods of use are analyzed, which can improve the measurement accuracy and reliability in different applications.
