摘要
从气体传感器选择性和多功能化两个重要指标出发,指出气体传感器阵列与微处理机相结合,并通过模式识别技术,不仅能够解决交叉敏问题,提高器件的选择性,而且能够实现多功能化。
In this paper, it is presented to make use of the method of combination of gas sensor arrays and personal computer by pattern recognition technology in terms of two important parameters of the selectivily and multifunction of gas sensors, not only to solve tile problem of the cross sensitivitics, but also to make gas sensors high selective and multifuctional.
