摘要
该文通过系统阐释肝病实脾理论,从中医学和现代医学角度共同分析,探讨了治未病思想,并通过金针王乐亭＂老实针＂方法,将肝病实脾理论与肝郁脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎有机结合,从而论证王乐亭＂老实针＂防治肝郁脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎的理法,具有科学性、可行性、实用性的优势。其中,中医＂治未病＂思想贯穿始终,体现中医＂整体观念＂＂辨证论治＂的基本原则。为临床治疗溃疡性结肠炎提供新的思路和方法,更好地服务社会。
In this article,we interpret the theory of treating liver by nourishing spleen systematically and discuss the thought of ＂curing not ill disease＂,which is analysised from the aspects of the TCM and Western medicine. It is scientific,feasible and practical to put the theory of treating liver by nourishing spleen into the type of ulcerative colitis by using WANG Leting＇s＂honest needle＂. Among them,the thought of＂curing not ill disease＂in it is from the beginning to the end,which embodies the basic principles of＂overall concept＂and＂dialectical differentiation＂. It provides new ideas and methods for us to serve the society better.
