摘要
乳腺癌术后患者常见抑郁症状,抑郁症状与肠道菌群失调密切相关,肠道菌群影响免疫功能,肠道菌群失调与肿瘤微环境紊乱又进一步加速乳腺癌发展。机体气机升降有序维持机体肠道菌群和肿瘤微环境稳态,肝郁脾虚可导致机体气机升降失常。疏肝健脾方能够有效调节乳腺癌患者气机升降,重建乳腺癌患者肠道菌群新稳态,影响乳腺癌患者机体抗肿瘤免疫,从而发挥良好的抗乳腺癌术后患者抑郁的作用。调节肠道菌群-肿瘤微环境间的串话可能是疏肝健脾方延缓乳腺癌发展进程的重要机制之一,为中医药防治乳腺癌提供新的思路。
The common depression symptoms of breast cancer patients are closely related to intestinal flora disorder.Intestinal flora affects immune function,and intestinal flora disorder and tumor microenvironment disorder further accelerate the development of breast cancer.The Qi movement of the body keeps the intestinal flora and tumor microenvironment stable in order.Liver depression and spleen deficiency can cause the abnormal Qi movement.Shugan Jianpi Recipe(疏肝健脾方)can effectively regulate the Qi movement,reconstruct the intestinal flora and affect the anti-tumor immunity of breast cancer patients,and plays a good role in anti-tumor depression of patients with breast cancer.Regulating the relationship between intestinal flora and tumor microenvironment may be one of the important mechanisms of Shugan Jianpi Recipe to delay the development of breast cancer,providing a new way of thinking for the prevention and treatment of breast cancer by traditional Chinese medicine.
