摘要
目的探讨整脊手法配合小针刀治疗颈性眩晕的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月～2017年1月于我院诊治的颈性眩晕患者50例依不同治疗方式进行分组,对照组用整脊手法治疗,观察组用整脊手法配合小针刀治疗;对两组患者临床治疗效果进行详细记录,并将所获相关数据作对比分析。结果整脊手法配合小针刀(观察组)治疗颈性眩晕临床效果优于单纯整脊手法(对照组),患者临床症状改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈性眩晕患者选择整脊手法配合小针刀治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者眩晕、头痛、颈肩痛、心悸、视物模糊等临床症状,并可有效缓解疼痛感,值得临床上广泛应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of chiropractic manipulation combined with small needle knife in the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods According to different treatment methods, 50 patients with cervical vertigo treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with chiropractic manipulation, and the observation group was treated with chiropractic manipulation and small needle knife. The clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients were recorded in detail, and the relevant data were compared and analyzed. Results The clinical effect of chiropractic manipulation combined with small needle knife （observation group） in treating cervical vertigo was better than that of simple chiropractic manipulation （control group）. The improvement of clinical symptoms in the observation group was better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chiropractic manipulation combined with small needle knife has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with cervical vertigo, which can effectively improve clinical symptoms such as dizziness, headache, neck and shoulder pain, palpitations, blurred vision, and can effectively relieve pain. It is worthy of clinical practice.
