摘要
目的观察推拿结合半夏白术天麻汤对颈性眩晕患者的临床治疗效果。方法以72例颈性眩晕患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与研究组,每组各36例,对照组患者采用推拿手法进行治疗,研究组患者采用推拿结合半夏白术天麻汤的治疗方案进行治疗,治疗周期均为2周。结果研究组临床总有效率为91.67%,对照组临床总有效率为77.78%,两组临床疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论推拿结合半夏白术天麻汤治疗颈性眩晕,临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of massage combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction in the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods 72 cases of cervical vertigo were randomly divided into control group and study group, 36 cases in each group, the control group were treated by massage treatment, the study group was treated with massage combined with banxiabaizhutianma decoction, the treatment cycle was 2 weeks. Results The total clinical in the study group effective rate was 91.67%, significantly better than that in the control group （77.78%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Massage combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction has definite therapeutic effect on treatment of cervical vertigot, it is worthy of popularization and application.
