摘要
大麦苗具有很高的药用价值和保健功能,可及时补充人体需要的各种维生素和蛋白质,缓解人体疲劳和增加抵抗力。对盐城市大麦苗保健品产业发展的成效、瓶颈与对策进行详细阐述,以期实现盐城市大麦苗保健品产业稳定健康发展。
Barley seedlings have high medicinal value and health care function, since it contains various vitamins and proteins essential for human body; thus, functional food derived from barley seedlings has effects of relieving fatigue and enhancing human immunity. This paper describes the effects of the development of barley seedling health products industry in Yancheng City, analyzes its bottlenecks, and also proposes solutions. This paper is aimed to achieve stable and healthy development of barley seedling health care industry in Yancheng City.
