摘要
高校教师队伍的教学质量是决定高校教育教学质量的重要因素之一。高校新教师由于缺乏教学理论的学习和教学实践的经历,往往教学能力较为匮乏。本文着眼于帮助高校新教师快速提高教学水平,从教学准备和教学实施两个方面对教学过程进行了剖析,介绍教学内容的选取方法、提出"三环节"的教学设计,并给出了利用语言、图文和肢体语言三方面教学技能进行课堂教学时的注意事项。
Teachers＇ teaching quality is one of the most important factors to decide the teaching quality of a collegeor a university.Due to the lack of teaching theory and teaching practice,new teachers in colleges and universities oftenneed a long time to improve their teaching abilities.This paper aims at helping new college teachers to improve theirteaching abilities quickly.The teaching process is analyzed from the two aspects of teaching preparation and teachingimplementation.The methods of selecting teaching contents using Vygotsky＇s ideas and the teaching design of ＂threelinks＂ are suggested.At the same time,the points for attention in classroom teaching with language,graphics and bodylanguage are given.
