不同留叶数量和不同浓度植物生长调节剂对月季单芽扦插成活率的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Different Number of Remained Leaflets and Different Concentrations of Plant Growth Regulator on Survival of Rose Single Bud Cutting

摘要 在繁殖月季新品种时,为节省繁殖材料,提高单芽扦插成活率,进行了不同留叶数量和不同浓度植物生长调节剂对月季单芽扦插成活率影响的试验研究。结果表明:通过定时喷雾的方法保持空气相对湿度在80%左右,保留5片小叶的插穗比保留3片小叶的插穗能够制造更多的营养物质提高扦插成活率;单独使用相同浓度的奈乙酸和吲哚丁酸时,吲哚丁酸对月季单芽扦插成活率的影响作用更大;使用奈乙酸和吲哚丁酸混合溶液浓度为250mg/L时效果最好,可使月季单芽扦插成活率高达88%,扦插35d后平均生根数量可达8.5条。 In order to save propagation materials and improve the survival rate of single bud cutting, the effects of different number of remained leaves and different concentration of plant growth regulators on the survival rate of rose single bud cutting were studied. Results:The relative humidity of air is kept at 80% by regular spray,cuttings with five leaflets produced more nutrients than cuttings with three leaflets to improve the survival rate of cuttings; The effect of IBA on the survival rate of single bud cutting of rose was greater when the same concentration of NAA and IBA was used alone; The best result was obtained when the concentration of NAA and IBA was 250 mg/L. The survival rate of single bud cutting was 88% and the average rooting number was 8.5 after 35 days.
