摘要
目的研究健康教育护理模式在2型糖尿病患者康复中的应用价值。方法研究对象选取我院2016年4月至2017年6月收治的2型糖尿病患者120例,随机将其分成对照组和观察组,各60例,两组均接受常规护理干预,观察组同时接受健康教育护理模式,比较两组的应用效果。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖及餐后血糖良好率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组的糖尿病知识掌握及自我管理能力良好率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育护理模式能有效降低2型糖尿病患者血糖水平,提高患者的糖尿病知识掌握情况和自我管理能力,具有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the application value of health education nursing mode in rehabilitation of type 2 diabetespatients. Methods A total of 120 cases with type 2 diabetes admitted in our hospital from April 2016 to June 2017 wereselected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The both groupsreceived routine nursing interventions, and the observation group received health education nursing model at the same time.The application effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the good rates of fasting blood glucose andpostprandial blood glucose in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Afternursing, the good rates of knowledge grasp of diabetes and self -management ability in the observation group weresignificantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The health education nursing mode can effectivelyreduce the blood sugar levels of patients with type 2 diabetes, improve the grasp of diabetes knowledge and self-managementability of patients, which has better clinical application value.
