摘要
目的:观察右美托咪定在ICU机械通气集束化治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取接受ICU机械通气集束化治疗的70例患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各35例。两组均接受机械通气集束化治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予咪达唑仑注射液镇静,研究组给予盐酸右美托咪定注射液镇静。观察两组机械通气时间、ICU住院时间、拔管时间、不良反应发生率、心率及平均动脉压水平。结果:研究组机械通气时间、ICU住院时间及拔管时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);给药1 h后,两组心率和平均动脉压明显降低,且研究组心率和平均动脉压明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为11.43%(4/35),明显低于对照组的31.43%(11/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:右美托咪定在ICU机械通气集束化治疗中的临床效果显著,可减少不良反应,对心率、平均动脉压影响小,有利于缩短通气时间,促进患者快速康复。
Objective: To explore application effects of Dexmedetomidine in ICU mechanical ventilation bundle therapy. Methods: 70 patients receiving ICU mechanical ventilation bundle therapy were selected as the research objects, and divided into two groups by the random number method. The two groups were treated with mechanical ventilation bundle therapy. On this basis, for sedation, the control group (n=35) was given Midazolam injection, while and the study group was given Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride injection. The mechanical ventilation time, ICU hospitalization time, extubation time, incidence of adverse reactions, heart rate and mean arterial pressure were observed for the two groups. Results: The mechanical ventilation time, ICU hospitalization time and extubation time of the study group were signifcantly shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). 1 hour after administration, the heart rate and mean arterial pressure were signifcantly lower in the two groups. The heart rates and mean arterial blood pressures of the two groups were signifcantly reduced, those of the study group were signifcantly shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 11.43% (4/35), which was signifcantly lower than that of the control group (31.43%, 11/35), and the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusions: Dexmedetomidine in the ICU mechanical ventilation bundle therapy is signifcantly effective, which can reduce the adverse reactions of the patients, has little effects on heart rate and mean arterial pressure, and is benefcial to shorten the patient’s ventilation time and to promote rapid recovery.
