摘要
互联网形成的新媒体舆论场逐渐成为官民思想碰撞、沟通、汇流的重要阵地,重塑了“中国舆论引导新格局”。近几年水污染事件不断引发了民众网络舆情,对政府如何引导和应对水污染舆情事件提出了考验。本研究主要以2013年的水污染事件为研究对象,以新闻报道量、微博关注量和论坛参与度为依据,选取热点水污染事件进行汇总分析,根据水污染事件特征、舆论传播特点,提出引导理性舆论倾向;新媒体与传统媒体相结合,开通双向舆论渠道;公开、透明,最大限度压缩谣言传播空间;尊重民意,加强与公众沟通交流等方面舆情引导策略。
The internet has become the primary place for dialogue, argu- ment and communication between government and the public. In recent years, water pollution events emerge in endlessly, questioning about public protection consciousness of water resources. It is for the government how to guide and respond to the public opinion events of water pollution in the test. The paper ana- lyzed water pollution incident in 2013, according to news coverage, weibo attention and BBS participation, selecting hot water pollution event to make summary analysis, according to the characters of water pollution incidents and public opinion transmission characteristics to put forward the ideal guide public opinion and start two-way channels for public opinion between new media and traditional media; open, transparent, and the maximum compression rumors spread space; respecting for public opinion, strengthen the communication with people.
