摘要
本文通过还原剂、载气流速及载液浓度等试验条件的探索,以确定原子吸收分光光度计仪器的最佳工作状态。分别采用硝酸-双氧水、硝酸-硫酸体系,在110℃下消解高吸水性止血材料,用流动注射-氢化物发生-冷原子吸收分光光度法测定高吸水性止血材料中的汞。结果表明:该方法的分析结果可靠,样品回收率为97.6%~103.8%,灵敏度为0.013 9ng/mL/1%,检出限为0.023ng/mL,相对标准偏差(n=6)≤4.0%,线性范围为0~50ng/mL。
The optimal conditions, such as reductant, flow- rate of carrier and concentration, were systematically stud- ied. Nitric-hydrogen peroxide and nitric-sulfuric acid were applyed to decompose super absorbent hemostatic materi- al dressing at 110℃, the experimental results showed that the analytical result was reliable with the recovery in the range of 97.6%-103.8%, the characteristic concentration 0.0139ng/mL/1%, the detection limit of 0.023ng/mL, the relative standard deviation (n = 6) of less than 4.0%, the linear range between 0 and 50ng/mL.
