摘要
针对传统四连杆放顶煤液压支架结构复杂、抗变载荷冲击能力小、安全性差的缺点,首次引入了基于Matlab的遗传算q法工具,利用其对放顶煤液压支架的顶梁结构进行了优化设计并对其效果进行分析。根据分析结果可知:液压支架顶梁结构优化后,在确保其结构强度的基础上其整体材料的用量降低了9.1%,极大地提升了放顶煤超静定液压支架的结构可靠性和使用成本。
In view of the disadvantages of traditional four-bar caving hydraulic support, such as complex structure, low impact resistance to variable load and poor safety, a genetic algorithm tool based on MATLAB is introduced for the first time to optimize the top beam structure of caving hydraulic support and analyze its effect. According to the analysis results, the overall material consumption of hydraulic support is reduced by 9.1% on the basis of guaranteeing its structural strength, which greatly improves the structural reliability and operation cost of the indeterminate hydraulic support.
