复杂背景下圆柱端面尺寸的精确测量方法 被引量:4

An Accurate Dimension Measuring Method of the Cylindrical End Face in Complex Background

摘要 针对存在端面缺损的圆柱设计了一种新的直径测量方法,通过查找圆边界点以及对边界点进行众数筛选来完成对圆边界的提取和拟合,最终完成直径的精确测量.实验结果表明,该测量方法不仅能够精确检测正常端面的圆柱尺寸,同时也能够精确测量端面存在缺损的圆柱尺寸,测量结果可达到微米量级,适用性强且效率高. To detect the defective cylinder accurately, a new diameter detecting method was proposed. The circular boundary was extracted and fitted by finding the circular boundary points, the mode selection of the boundary points, and the diameter accurate measurement in the end. The testing results showed that the method could detect not only the normal cylindrical parts accurately, but also the defective cylinders. The method demonstrated good applicability, high efficiency, and the measurement precision up to micron-scale.
