输气管道用弯管鼓包原因分析 被引量:1

摘要 文中通过多种检测方法对Φ508 mm×8.0 mm R=6D IB415感应加热弯管外弧侧鼓包原因进行了分析,结果表明,在鼓包处对应管体内表面存在机械损伤缺陷,该部位组织晶粒度较其他部位严重粗化,屈服强度超过标准上限,夏比冲击韧性明显降低。通过管道承载能力分析可以推测,该鼓包的产生是由于钢管内表面存在机械损伤致使管体壁厚减薄,在母管静水压试验时损伤部位产生局部鼓包缺陷,在随后的感应加热弯制过程中由于鼓包位置与感应线圈距离较近使得该区域温度异常升高,最终使得该区域的强韧性明显降低。 The causes of the drum on the outer arc of the Φ508 mm×8.0 mm R =6D IB415 induction heating bend pipe wereanalyzed by various detection methods. The results show that there is a mechanical damage defect on the inner surface of thedrum. In the position of the drum, the grain size of the tube is severely roughened, the yield strength exceeds the standard limit,and the charpy impact toughness reduces obviously. In addition, through the analysis of the bearing capacity of the pipeline, it isdeduced that there is mechanical damage in the inner surface of the steel pipe, which makes the wall thickness thinning. Then,local bulging defects occur at the damaged part during the hydrostatic test of the mother pipe. Due to the close distance betweenthe drum position and the induction coil in the subsequent induction heating bending process, the area of the bend pipe experi?ences an abnormal high temperature, which eventually the strength and toughness reduces obviously.
