摘要
大型推制式液压弯管机中,感应加热装置中的工艺参数是影响弯制过程中弯头质量的关键因素之一。鉴于实际工况中电磁-热-力多场耦合的复杂性,本文采用理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法确定了影响X80管线钢感应加热的主要工艺参数及其对管材加热效果的影响,并通过优化方法对相关参数进行了数据处理,确定出较优参数组。
In the bending process of large push-bending style hydraulic pipe bender, the process parameters of induction heating device are one of the key factors that affect the quality of elbow. In view of the complexity of the multi-field coupling including electromagnetic field, thermal field and force field, the main technological parameters affecting the induction heating of X80 pipeline steel and its influence on the heating effect of pipes were determined by combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Through the optimization method, the related parameters were processed, and the optimal parameter group was determined.
