摘要
目的探讨肝功检验与血脂血清学指标应用于脂肪肝诊断中的效果。方法方便选择2016年1月—2017年12月该院52例脂肪肝患者作为研究组,选择同期于该院进行体检的52名健康对象作为对照组。检测两组受检对象的肝功与血脂血清学指标。对比两组患者的肝功能指标与血脂血清学指标的不平。结果研究组AST(32.5±5.5)U/L、ALT(50.6±9.5)U/L、GGT(56.5±3.8)U/L显著高于对照组(21.5±4.6)U/L、(31.5±5.8)U/L、(27.5±3.6)U/L (t=7.520、8.856、8.800,P<0.01),AST/ALT比值(0.5±0.2)低于对照组(0.9±0.3),差异具有统计学意义(t=6.485,P<0.01)。研究组LDL-C(3.9±1.2)mmol/L、TC(5.4±1.5)mmol/L与TG(3.6±1.2)mmol/L水平高于对照组(2.2±0.6)mmol/L、(4.0±0.5)mmol/L、(1.0±0.8)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=6.856、6.052、8.523,P<0.01),HDL-C水平(1.0±0.2)mmol/L低于对照组(1.5±0.2)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=6.785,P<0.01)。结论肝功检验与血脂血清学指标应用于脂肪肝诊断中具有显著的效果,可以为疾病早期诊断提供有效的参考依据。
Objective To investigate the effect of liver function test and serum lipid serum on the diagnosis of fatty liver. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017, 52 patients with fatty liver in the hospital were convenient selected as the study group. 52 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in the hospital were selected as the control group. Liver function and serum lipid serum markers were measured in both groups. The liver function index and the serum lipid serum index were compared between the two groups. Results The AST （32.5±5.5） U/L, ALT （50.6±9.5） U/L, GGT （56.5±3.8） U/L in the study group were significantly higher than the control group （21.5±4.6） U/L, （31.5±5.8） U/L, （27.5±3.6） U/L （t=7.520, 8.856, 8.800, P〈0.01）, AST/ALT ratio （0.5±0.2） was lower than the control group （0.9±0.3）, the difference was statistically significant. （t=6.485, P〈0.01）. The LDL-C （3.9±1.2） retool/L, TC （5.4±1.5） mmol/L and TG （3.6±1.2） mmol/L levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group （2.2±0.6） retool/L, （4.0± 0.5） retool/L, （1.0_±0.8） mmol/L, the differ- ence was statistically significant （t=6.856, 6.052, 8.523, P〈0.01）, HDL-C level （1.0_±0.2） mmol/L lower than the control group （1.5±0.2） retool/L, the difference was statistically significant （t=6.785, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Liver function test and serum lipid serum index have significant effects in the diagnosis of fatty liver, which can provide an effective reference for early diagnosis of disease.
