摘要
目的分析脂肪肝患者血脂、血糖、肝功酶学指标变化情况,为预防、治疗脂肪肝提供依据。方法选择我院2014年3月~2016年3月收治的脂肪肝患者500例为观察组,选择同期体检的500例健康者为对照组,测定两组患者的血脂、血糖、肝功酶学指标,并进行分析比较。结果两组患者的血脂、血糖、肝功酶学指标水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脂肪肝患者的血脂、血糖、肝功酶学指标水平均有不同程度改变,监测血脂、血糖、肝功酶学指标水平对预防脂肪肝发生、延缓脂肪肝病程进展具有重要意义。
Objective To observe and analyze the blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with fatty liver,liver enzyme changes,provide a strong basis for the prevention and treatment of fatty liver,found. Methods From our hospital in March 2014~2016 year in March were selected 500 cases of fatty liver patients as the observation group,500 healthy subjects were selected as control group were measured in two groups,blood lipid,blood glucose,liver enzymes,and the analysis of its results. Results Compared 2 groups of patients with blood lipid,blood glucose,liver enzyme levels,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The patients with fatty liver,blood glucose and blood lipid,liver enzymes levels have different degrees of change,and the change of blood glucose and lipid levels of prevention is of great significance to delay the progression o f fatty liver disease,fatty liver.
