摘要
目的探讨子宫内膜轻创术对体外受精-胚胎移植术(IVF-ET)结局的影响。方法选取该院生殖中心2016年3月—2017年12月期间收治的首次行IVF-ET的146例患者作为研究对象,均采用长方案降调,根据是否行子宫内膜轻创术分为实验组、对照组两组,其中76例患者于IVF-ET周期前一个自然周期着床窗口期行子宫内膜轻创术为实验组, 70例未进行子宫内膜微创术为对照组。统计两组患者的妊娠率、胚胎着床率等临床治疗情况。结果两组获卵数(13.35±5.67)个vs(13.48±6.14)个、受精数(11.68±4.56)个vs(11.24±5.11)个、可移植胚胎数(6.87±3.76)个vs(6.75±3.56)个及优质胚胎数(3.67±0.45)个vs(3.57±0.39)个结果比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.54、0.65、0.37、0.25,P>0.05);实验组、对照组的胚胎着床率分别为30.26%(23/76)、28.57%(20/70),临床妊娠率分别为51.32%(39/76)、47.14%(33/70),实验组的胚胎着床率和妊娠率都高于对照组,结果比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.04、1.29,P>0.05)。结论子宫内膜轻创术是否能够提高IVF—ET患者的着床率及妊娠率,改善体外受精胚胎移植术的结局,还需要进行进一步的探究。
Objective To study the effect of local injury to the endornetrium surgery on the outcomes of in-vitro fertil- ization1 and embryo transplantation. Methods 146 cases of patients for IVF-ET for the first time admitted and treated in our hospital from Match 2016 to December 2017 were selected and used the long protocol, and the patients were divid- ed into two groups according to whether the patients underwent the endometrium local injury treatment, 76 cases in the experimental group underwent the endometrium local injury treatment in 1 natural cycle during the implantation window period before IVF-ET cycle, 70 cases in the control grollp did not undergo the endometrium minimally invasive surgery, and the gestational rate, and embryo impla^ltation rate of the two groups were counted. Results The differences in the number of retrieved oocytes, fertilization number, transplantable embryo number and excellent embryo number between the two groups were not statistically significant[（13.35±5.67） vs（13.48±6.14）,（11.68±4.56） vs（11.24±5.11）,（6.87±3.76） vs （6.75±3.56）,（3.67＋0.45） vs （3.57＋0.39）,（t=0.54,0.65,0.37,0.25,P〉0.05）],and the ernbryo implantation rate it~ the experi- mental group and in the control group was respectively 30.26% （23/76）,28.57% （20/70）,and the clinical gestational rate was respectively 51.32% （39/76）,47.14% （33/70）,and the indicators in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were not statistically significant （χ^2=1.04,1.29,P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Whether the endometrium local injury treatment can improve the implantation rate and gestational rate of IVF ET patients and im- prove the outcomes of IVF-ET needs the further study.
