宫腔镜检查在冻融胚胎移植患者的应用价值 被引量：2

摘要 目的采用宫腔镜检查评价拟冻融胚胎移植(frozen-thawed embryo transfer,FET)患者宫腔表现及临床应用价值。方法选取45例既往行3次或以上IVF-ET/FET失败患者行宫腔镜检查并对发现的异常进行相应治疗和同期60例未行宫腔镜检查患者(对照组),比较再次FET妊娠率。结果宫腔镜检查发现宫腔异常率为44.4%,其中子宫内膜息肉31.1%,子宫内膜息肉样增生6.7%,子宫内膜炎症4.4%,子宫内膜复合增生2.2%。宫腔异常组、宫腔正常组妊娠率(40.0%、48.0%)高于对照组(21.7%),差异有显著性(P=0.038);而前两组妊娠率差异无显著性。结论宫腔镜检查并作相应治疗宫腔因素可增加多次种植失败患者FET的妊娠率,但与是否存在宫腔异常无关。
