摘要
基于一般分析试验煤样制备时,用磁铁将煤样中铁屑吸去对样品分析结果的影响,每个样品制备成两个分析试验煤样,一个样品按照标准要求制样,另一个样品去掉"用磁铁将煤样中铁屑吸去"的操作步骤。通过分析结果比对,不同制样过程对样品分析的数据不同。证实煤的制样过程必须严格按照标准过程进行,不能因任何原因减步骤。
Based on the influence of iron chips absorbed from coal samples by magnets during the preparation of coalsamples for general analytical tests, each sample is prepared into two analytical test coal samples, one sample isprepared according to standard requirements, and the other sample is removed from the operation step of ＂usingmagnets to absorb iron chips from coal samples＂. By analyzing the results, the data of different sample preparationprocesses are different. It is proved that the sampling process of coal must be carried out strictly according to thestandard process, and the steps should not be reduced for any reason.
