摘要
为探究以工业机器人为核心的煤炭制样系统性能,以一款机器人煤炭制样系统为例,介绍其工作原理和工艺流程,制定试验步骤对其性能进行分析测试。结果表明:该系统的平均煤样损失率、整机制样精密度、全水分偏倚、各级出样的出料粒度和灰分偏倚指标均基本或完全满足要求。该系统的全水分样和存查样出样系统的留样量合格率和定质量缩分稳定性均较好,但其分析样、备查样出样系统的留样量合格率和定质量缩分稳定性相对较差,单个样品制备和多个样品连续制备效率较差,建议优化破碎、缩分、干燥等环节,提高制样效率。
In order to explore the performance of coal sample preparation system which took industrial robot as the core, operation principle and technological process of the robotic coal sample preparation system were introduced. And the test procedures were formulated to analyze the system performance. The results showed that the mass average loss rate, precision, total moisture bias as well as discharge size and ash bias of multistage crushers of the system basically or completely meet the requirements. The sample mass qualified rates and fixed mass division stability of the total moisture sample and the storage sample were better, but the two indexes of the analysis sample and the backup sample were comparatively poor. The efficiency of single sample preparation and continuous multiple samples preparation of the robotic coal sample preparation system were not better. It was recommended to optimize the procedure of crushing, reduction and drying and so on of the system to improve preparation efficiency.
