摘要
中医院校的专业教育与现实需要之间存在一系列尖锐的矛盾,既不利于对传统体系的继承,也不利于创新。为了平息各种对立情绪,试图培养一种各方都满意的"理想通才"是不现实的。务实、可行的做法是以解决问题为目标导向,构建不同目的、不同需要、不同方向的培养体系,彻底打破目前单一的折衷培养模式。中医院校的专业教育应当为此做出改革,并努力营造开放、包容的文化环境,努力培养不同认知、不同研究方向的群体彼此善待对方的豁达文化心态。
There is a series of sharp contradictions between the professional education and the actual needs of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) school, which is not conducive to the inheritance of the traditional system, nor to innovation. In order to calm all kinds of opposing emotions, it is unrealistic to try to cultivate an “ideal generalist” that all parties are satisfied with. A pragmatic and feasible approach is to solve problems as a goal, build a training system with different purposes, different needs and different directions, and completely break the current single eclectic training model. The professional education of Chinese medicine hospitals should be reformed, and efforts should be made to create an open and inclusive cultural environment, and efforts should be made to cultivate groups of different cognitions and different research directions to treat each other’s open-minded cultural mentality.
