Research Progress of Formation Mechanism and Criterion of Hot Tearing

摘要 热裂是铸造和焊接过程中经常出现的一种危害性极大的缺陷,它形成于凝固过程中靠近固相线的糊状区域,严重影响着铸焊件的质量,是目前工业生产中面临的重大问题之一。掌握热裂纹的形成机理以及开发热裂纹预测判据对于解决该问题具有重要意义。总结了目前有关热裂纹形成的几大机理,综述了基于不同模型下提出的热裂预测判据,并指出了各判据中的不足之处,展望了未来热裂判据的发展方向。 Hot tearing is a very serious defect appearing in the casting and welding process. It is formed in the mush zone near the solidus during solidification process, which can seriously affect the quality of workpiece. It is one of the major problems currently facing in industrial production. It is of great significance to understand the formation mechanism of hot tearing and develop the hot tearing prediction criterion. Several formation mechanisms of hot tearing were summarized.The criteria for the prediction of hot tearing based on different models were reviewed, and the shortcomings of each criterion were pointed out, and the development direction of hot tearing criterion in future was prospected.
