摘要
试验研究了超声波对Al-1.0%Cu合金热裂倾向性的影响。结果表明,Al-1.0%Cu合金熔体经过超声波处理后,其抗裂力增大,热裂倾向明显降低。断口为沿晶断裂并且存在明显的液膜拉伸痕迹。
The Al-Cu alloy was regarded as raw material; the effect of ultrasonic vibration on hot tearing of Al-1.0%Cu alloy was investigated. Furthermore, the hot tearing fracture was observed. The conclusion generalized as follows: the alloy crack resistance was increased by ultrasonic treatment into melt; the hot tearing trend was decreased. The fracture surface was intergranular fracture and was existed trace of stretched liquid film clearly.
