摘要
从拉应力、溶剂、紫外线等单一因素及以上因素共同作用情况下对医用氧舱有机玻璃银纹产生的机理进行了分析,并通过对国内外有机玻璃的断裂性能和疲劳寿命的研究现状进行对比分析,提出了建立一套基于银纹损伤密度的银纹扩展直至失效的评价系统,并将其运用于医用氧舱有机玻璃的银纹检测及预测银纹状态下有机玻璃的使用寿命的构想。
The mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen chamber perspex craze was analyzed by a single factor of pulling stress, solvent or ultraviolet ray or combined action, and the research progress of hyperbaric oxygen chamber perspex craze was presented. A conception of evaluation system of the development law of craze and fails finally that predicts the service life of organic glass under silver grain condition was put forward that based on crazing damage density and used on perspex craze inspection.
