摘要
通过不同预制裂缝位置的三点弯曲梁断裂试验,研究了定向及普通乱向钢纤维水泥基材料Ⅰ-Ⅱ复合型裂缝的断裂特性。利用试验测得的荷载-裂缝口张开位移曲线以及荷载-挠度曲线,分析了钢纤维水泥基材料复合型裂缝扩展的全过程。结果表明,定向钢纤维水泥基复合材料的断裂性能明显优于普通乱向钢纤维水泥基复合材料;在本试验裂缝偏移距离范围内(0~100 nm),随着预制裂缝偏移距离的增加,起裂角、起裂荷载、峰值荷载逐渐增大,而断裂能逐渐降低;随着起裂角的增加,定向钢纤维水泥基材料的增强效果有所降低,当起裂角达到33°~43°,降低幅度较为明显。
The three-point bending beam fracture tests with different crack positions were conducted.The I-II mixed mode fracture characteristics of aligned steel fiber reinforced cementitious composite(ASFRC)and randomly distributed steel fiber reinforced cementitious composite(SFRC)were studied.Based on the load-crack mouth opening displacement curves and the load-displacement curves,the whole fracture process of fiber reinforced cementitious composite material were disscussed.The results show that,the fracture characteristics of ASFRC was significantly greater than that of SFRC;The crack initiation angle and peak load gradually increased and fracture energy gradually decreased with the increase of the crack center offset distances varying form 0 to 100 mm.the enhancement effect of ASFRC was decreased with the increase of crack initiation angle,when the initiation angle reaches 33°-43°,decreased obviously.
