摘要
技术作为人的存在方式,教师ICT应用能力取决于自我构造具身认知,促使技术与课程深度融合,引发教育变革。基于人、技术、知识的统合视角,以自我效能、认知风格与TPACK为切入点,结合年龄、学科,面向山西省某地区城乡中小学教师,采用问卷调查方式通过相关分析对影响教师ICT应用能力因素间的关系进行探究,并使用多元线性回归方法构建教师ICT应用能力预测模型。数据表明,自我效能对教师TPACK能力有正向影响,场独立-场依存型教师认知风格导致自我效能、TPACK能力存在差异。同时,年龄与自我效能、认知风格、TK、TPACK、PCK、CK等呈现相关,学科差异也会导致教师自我效能、TPACK水平不同。TK是影响教师ICT应用能力最大的预测因子,其次是自我效能、TPACK、CK、学科知识、PCK和认知风格。新时代教师ICT应用能力发展可从技术创新、需求导向、应用驱动和制度保障等方面着手,利于实现技术和课程知识从融合走向创新,重构教育生态,提高教育质量。
As a way of existence for people, technology value depends on application ability of teachers'information technology. It should not be used only as a tool, but self - construction embodied cognition, which can really realize combination of ilfformation technology and curriculum colfformity, lead to education change. From the perspective of integration of human, technology and knowledge , the paper taking self- efficacy, cognitive style and TPACK as starting point, combining age and subject, this paper conducts empirical research on relationship between factors affecting teaehers'ilfformation technology application ability using questionnaire survey, correlation analysis and variance analysis from elementary and middle school teachers in a certain district of Shanxi Province. And Prediction model of teachers'ICT application ability has been built based on multiple linear regression. Data analysis shows that self - efficacy has a positive effect on teacher's TPACK, and the field independent -field dependent teacher cognitive style leads to differences in self -efficacy and TPACK ability level. At the same time, teacher's age is correlated with self- efficacy, cognitive style, TK, CK, PCK and TPACK. Disciplinary differences also lead to different levels of teacher self - efficacy and TPACK. One of the biggest predictors of teachers'ICT application ability is TK,then self-efficacy, TPACK, CK, Subject knowledge, PCK and cognitive style. Finally, from four aspects of technology innovation, demand orientation, application drive, and institutional guarantee, development pail1 of teachers "ilfformation technology application capability has been proposed. The results are conducive to integrate and innovate information technology into the curriculum, reconstruct education ecology and improve education quality.
