摘要
近年来,随着细胞生物学、分子生物学、组织培养技术和生物技术的发展,肝细胞的培养技术日渐成熟,体外培养肝细胞的应用也逐步得到扩展,不仅用于研究组织生理功能及其蛋白、基因表达^([1]),而旦有很多潜在的临床应用前景,如基于体外培养肝细胞的生物人工肝支持^([2])、肝细胞移植^([3])以及肝细胞介导的基因治疗^([4])等。
