生物人工肝细胞材料的功能学研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 生物人工肝是治疗肝衰竭病人体外有效的肝支持治疗手段。肝细胞材料作为生物人工肝的主要生物成分,其功能表现决定了肝支持的治疗效果,能够具备成熟肝细胞的所有功能是生物人工肝细胞材料的最终目标。该文就目前生物人工肝细胞材料的功能学相关研究进展进行综述。
