摘要
以某地石化分公司为例,根据该企业汽柴油产品总体销售规划及地区销售现状,确定合理的汽柴油及乙醇装卸车,鹤位进行多方案的比选,从多角度介绍了地付油输转设施、工艺流程、生产操作情况及目前普遍关心的VOC油气回收技术。
Taking a local petrochemical company as an example, a reasonable gasoline, diesel and alcohol loading and unloading process was determined according to the sale conditions and general sale arrangement, the crane position selection was analyzed. At last, facilities, process flow, operation conditions and VOCs recovery technology of local oil-loading system were introduced.
