摘要
成品油的装车外运是石油化工销售的一个重要环节。以抚顺石化公司新建项目为例,根据该企业汽油及柴油产品的总体销售觃划及生产能力,确定了合理的汽柴油装车流程。根据工艺流程,对当前主流的定量装车系统的设计方案进行比选,对定量装车系统的结构、现场仪表的组成以及配套设备的选择进行了介绍。该系统主要是为了提高装车的效率、保证发货精度、保障装车作业的安全、降低人工成本,开最大限度地减少人为因素引发的各种事故,以保障使用方的财产以及人员的安全。
Loading and transportation of refined oil is an important link of chemical sales.In this paper,taking a new project of Fushun petrochemical company as an example,a reasonable gasoline and diesel loading process was determined based on the company’s overall sales planning and production capacity of gasoline and diesel products.According to the production technological process,current mainstream quantitative loading system designs were compared and selected,the structure of the quantitative loading system was introduced as well as the composition of field instruments and the selection of supporting equipment.The main purpose of the system is to improve the efficiency of loading,guarantee the delivery accuracy,ensure the safety of loading operations,reduce labor costs,and minimize various accidents caused by human factors to protect the safety of loading system users’staff and property.
