摘要 探讨Rab25蛋白在胰腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。应用免疫组化方法测定在37例胰腺癌和癌旁组织中Rab25蛋白的表达,分析Rab25蛋白与胰腺癌临床病理特征之间的关系。Rab25蛋白在胰腺癌组织中表达率为70.3%(26/37),在癌旁组织中的表达率为24.3%(9/37),两者差异有统计学意义(χ~2=15.67,P <0.01)。Rab25蛋白表达与胰腺癌的TNM分期、病理分级及有无淋巴结转移等因素相关(P <0.05);而与胰腺癌患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤位置及肿瘤大小均无关(P>0.05)。Rab25蛋白在胰腺癌组织中呈高表达。
