摘要
指出了长时间以来中国城镇化进程的不断加快以及城镇化水平的持续提高,作为大城市和周围农村腹地之间连接纽带的小城镇,在具体背景下其显现的作用是十分重要的,其能否健康发展将对广大农村腹地农业现代化的实现以及我国城镇化进程的进一步发展产生最为直接的影响。分析了其存在着无序性和不平衡性、缺乏科学的管理和规划、小城镇规模过小、公共服务水平低下、发展水平不高以及区域内小城镇分布不合理等目前在新型城镇化背景下实现小城镇可持续发展亟待解决的问题。并针对其在未来发展过程中如何解决上述可能存在的问题提出了相应的对策建议。
Based on the continuous acceleration of China＇s urbanization process and the continuous improvement of the urbanization level over a long period of time,the role of small towns,as a link between big cities and the surrounding rural hinterlands,is very important in the specific context.Its healthy development will have the most direct impact on the realization of agricultural modernization in rural hinterland and the further development of China＇s urbanization process.Most of the small towns that exist in China are formed spontaneously in the past historical development.Although they are reasonable in various aspects such as economy,geography,culture and society,they still have disorder and imbalance.The lack of scientific management and planning,the small size of small towns,the low level of public services,the low level of development and the unreasonable distribution of small towns in the region are all problems that need to be solved to realize the sustainable development of small towns under the background of new urbanization.This paper makes a concrete and in-depth analysis of many problems in the development of small towns,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to solve the problems mentioned above in the future development.
