摘要
随着现代放射治疗技术的不断发展,放疗在恶性肿瘤治疗中的地位日益显著,已成为不可或缺的一环。三维适形放疗(three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,3DCRT),调强放疗(intensity-modulated radiotherapy,IMRT)、容积旋转调强放疗(volumetric-modulated arc therapy,VMAT)等放疗新技术在临床中得到应用广泛。全文综述新型放疗技术—螺旋断层放疗(helical tomotherapy)在全身各系统肿瘤放射治疗过程中优势、缺点及相关临床应用进展。
In recent years,the radiotherapy has become a crucial part in cancer treatment. Threedimensional conformal radiotherapy,intensity-modulated radiotherapy and volumetric-modulated arc therapy are commonly applied in cancer radiotherapy. This article reviews the progress of a novel radiotherapy modality-the helical tomotherapy and its clinical application for treatment of cancers in different system and sites;the advantages and disadvantages of helical tomotherapy are also discussed in the article.
