摘要
目的探讨信息-动机-行为技巧(IMB)模型对成年慢性鼻窦炎患者药物治疗依从性的影响。方法收集2014年2月~2017年1月来我院救治的86例成年慢性鼻窦炎患者为研究对象。所选研究对象按随机数字表法分为两组,两组的患者均给予常规健康教育,研究组患者同时给予IMB模型的管理模式。观察与比较干预前与干预12周后两组患者的药物治疗的依从性、临床治疗效果、干预前后两组患者的生活质量状况及不良反应。结果干预前两组患者的药物依从性及VAS评分没有统计学的差异;两组患者的药物依从性及VAS评分在干预后均比干预前均有所改善,而研究组患者改善的更明显。干预后治疗效果研究组明显优于对照组;不良反应的发生率研究组明显低于对照组。结论信息-动机-行为技巧模型能明显提高成年慢性鼻窦炎患者合理用药的依从性及临床治疗效果,明显改善患者的生活质量,降低患者的不良反应,值得在临床工作中进行大力地推广与应用。
Objective To explore the impaction of information-motivation behavioral skills model to the drug therapy adherence of the adult patients with chronic sinusitis. Methods 86 cases adult patients with chronic sinusitis were collected in our hospital from February 2014 to January 2017 as the research object.All the patients were divided into two groups by random digital table method.The control group patients were given regular health education. The study group patients were given IMB management model on the basis of routine healty education. The compliance with medication, the clinical effect,the quality of life and the adverse reactions of the two groups’s patinets were observed and compared afer 12 weeks’ intervention. Results There was no statistical difference between the two groups’patiants in the compliance with medication and the VAS scores before the intervention. The medication and the VAS scores of two groups’patients were both better than before inervention,but the study group was more pronounced. The therapeutic effect of the study group were significantly better than the control group after intervention. The incidence of adverse reactions of the study group were significantly lower than the control group after intervention. Conclusion IMB model can significantly improve the adult patients with chronic sinusitis,the clinical therapeutic effect,improve the patients’quality of life,whihch is worthy to be popularization and application in the clinical work.
