摘要
目的:探讨鼻内镜手术用于鼻息肉治疗中的临床特点。方法:收集我院在治疗的鼻息肉病人61例作为观察组,均采用鼻内窥镜手术进行治疗,与之前行传统根治性手术法鼻息肉对照组进行比较,分析鼻内镜手术临床优点。结果:观察组痊愈率63.9%(39/61),总有效率96.7%(59/61),显著高于对照组的51.4%(19/37)、86.5%(32/37),差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。如两组Ⅰ期治愈率均达到100%;而观察组Ⅲ期病人痊愈率33.3%,总有效率83.3%,虽较Ⅰ期治愈率低,但仍显著优于对照组常规手术组。结论:鼻内镜是治疗鼻息肉临床疗效显著优于传统手术组,患者预后较好。
Objective： To explore the clinical characteristics of the endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of nasal polyps. Methods：61 cases of nasal polyp patients treated in the hospital were chosen as the observation group. They were taken with endoscopic sinus surgery for treatment. Line of traditional radical surgical method of nasal polyps in the control group was compared with the previous. And analyze the clinical advantages of endoscopic sinus surgery.Results： The cure rate of the observation group was 63.9% （39/61）, the total efficiency was 96.7% （59/61）, significantly higher than 51.4% （19/37） 86.5% （32/37）, the differences were significant （P 〈0.05）. The cure rate of I for the two groups was 100%. The cure rate of Ⅲ in the observation group was 33.3%, and the total efficiency was83.3%, compared with stage Ⅰ cure rate was low hut still donificantlv better than the cenntrnl group of conventional surgery group.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopy in the treatment of nasal polyps was significantly better than the conventional surgery group, and with good prognosis.
