摘要
软件产业是我国近些年发展最快的产业 ,也是未来重点发展的产业。深入研究与软件产业发展密切相关的基本理论和基本概念 ,从中揭示出具有规律性的结论 ,对引导我国软件产业的健康发展 ,具有积极的现实意义。本文运用产业组织理论研究软件产业的界定、软件产业的价值链和软件产业的国际化发展三个基本概念 ,指出发展软件产业的市场关系是发展我国软件产业的基础。
Computer software industry is one of the industries that have experienced rapid development and will be heavily promoted in China. Therefore, systematic and thorough research on basic theory and concepts that form a theoretical basis for development of software industry is of significant value to guiding healthy growth of the industry. This paper focuses its discussions on three basic concepts, that is, definition of software industry, value chain of software industry and internationalization of software industry from perspective of theory of industrial organization. It concludes that market relations are the foundations for the development of software industry in China.
