在知识经济时代,智力资本已取代物质资本、货币资本成为企业竞争优势的源泉。构建企业竞争优势,必须创建企业智力资本的集约和共享与开发和创新系统,加强对企业智力资本的管理,实现企业资本价值的提升。
In the era of knowledge-based economy,inte llectual capital has become the source of competitive advantages among enterprises instead of physical capital and financial capital.The paper analyses the relationship between intellectual capital and competitive advantages, and discusses the idea of building the competitive advantages of enterprises through establishing the intensivism and sharing system.It aims to develop and innovate intell ectual capital in order to increase corparate capital value.
