摘要
随着多学科融合及交叉发展,高校实验室使用危化品的种类和数量不断增加,危化品废液产生量也随之增加,高校实验室安全管理和环境保护的压力越来越大。结合危化品废液的危害性,分析了当前高校实验室危化品废液管理中收集、存放不规范、处置费用高等问题,探讨了高校从危化品采购的源头管控、实验室的使用监管、废液处置的末端治理和经济杠杆调节的管理建议,为高校危化品的减量化管理提供参考作用,有利提升实验室安全环保水平,实现社会的可持续发展。
The species and amount of hazardous chemicals in laboratories increased recently with the multidisciplinary integration and the waste liquid of dangerous chemicals increased correspondingly,which world result in more challenges of safety management and environmental protection in universities.The disposal problem of waste liquid of dangerous chemicals,such as unsuitable way of collection and storage and higher deposition cost are discussed and the approaches of reduction management of waste liquid of dangerous chemicals are explored on the control of initial purchase,supervision of use,improvement of end treatment and regulation of economic leverage in laboratories.The reduction suggestions are not only conducive to the safety management and environmental protection,but also to the social sustainable development.
