摘要 为了解决金属板料成型中的弯曲回弹问题,文章利用Dynaform对U形件的成型过程以及产生的回弹进行模拟仿真分析,并从工艺参数、模具结构、弯曲件结构设计等方面得出控制与减小回弹的方法,为提高冲压件的质量、缩短产品开发周期以及回弹问题的控制与优化提供了参考和指导。 In order to solve the problem of bending springback in sheet metal of forming, Using Dynaform to simulate theforming process and springback of U-shape part, it comes to the method of control and reduce springback form the processparameters, tool structure, the structure of bending parts etc. And it provides a reference and guidance for improving thequality of stamping parts, shortening the product development cycle and controlling and optimizing the springback problem.
